The Team at Hanois

There are three Directors of Hanois, Tom Holroyd, Natascha Carpentier and Graham Basham as Non-Executive Director. Tom Holroyd and Natascha Carpentier together have more than 30 years experience in offshore structures and their administration.

Tom Holroyd is Managing Director of Hanois Management Limited. Tom has over fifteen years experience in Finance and Accountancy, twelve years of which have been in the Finance Industry in Guernsey. Tom has extensive experience in all aspects of international tax planning, corporate entities and financial planning for both individuals and corporate business. Tom was formerly a director of Hanson Island Management Limited, the offshore subsidiary of Hanson PLC and is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He also holds a Masters degree in Corporate Governance.

Natascha Carpentier is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and was formerly the Managing Director of Hanson Island Management Limited, dealing in a variety of international tax planning projects and their implementation. Natascha was an auditor with Ernst and Young prior to joining Hanson. She is able to liaise with clients in fluent German, Dutch and French.

Graham Basham has extensive practical experience working with a number of large institutions within the fiduciary industry in the United Kingdom, Cayman Islands and Guernsey, focussing primarily on private clients. He is an Associate, Chartered Institute of Bankers (Trustee Diploma) and an Associate, Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
